Instructions:
  • Click on the "Add to Cart" button for the items you would like to purchase.
  • If you would like to purchase more items, select the "Continue Shopping" button
  • You will be able to update or remove the quantity in the PayPal Shopping Cart
  • During Check Out,  please include Student Name and Teacher Name, so we can send home your order with your child. 
  • Please fill out and return the Pre-Sale Ticket Order Form, stating you paid by Credit Card.
     
IMPORTANT...  After you place your online order you must PRINT and RETURN the following documents to school: 
  1. Fall Festival Order Form - select Paid by "Credit Card" option
  2. Return PTA Insurance Waiver

Prizes include:   New iPad Mini, (2) VIP Premier Seat Clippers Game Tickets with access to the San Manuel Club, and other items valued from $350 up to $3000.

NOTE:

To enter, tickets must have name/ph# and be deposited into selected prize ticket box at the event by 6:00PM. You may enter multiple tickets for each prize. Winners will be announced from 6:30PM to 7:00PM. Winners need not be present to win.

Your meal will be grilled fresh and served with chips and a beverage choice of water or soda. Meal tickets will also be available at the event, but Meals do Sell Out!

 

 

 

Notes: 
  • Credit card payments must submit PayPal payment prior to returning the completed Pre-Sale Order form below.
 
  • All Order Forms must be returned to school, even when paying by credit card.    This will allow us to match up the online orders and send home your order with the appropriate student.
