Honorary Service Awards

Celebrate volunteers and community service at our school! Moffett PTA is once again asking for your nominations for Honorary Service Awards (H.S.A.). These awards are presented to parents, volunteers, community partners, teachers or staff who have gone “ABOVE AND BEYOND” for the benefit of our children at Moffett School. It is a way to recognize the community service of individual volunteers and valued service organizations who are community partners. Recipients will be selected by a committee of parent volunteers after reviewing the nominations. The following awards are offered:

Very Special Person Award (VSP): recognizes an individual or organization for their service to PTA
Honorary Service Award (HSA): recognizes an individual or organization for outstanding service to children and youth in your community, going above and beyond what is asked of them
Continuing Service Award (CSA): recognizes an individual or organization for long-time service to children and youth, providing support year after year
Golden Oak Service Award (GOSA): the most prestigious of the awards, this recognizes an individual or organization who has made significant contributions to the welfare of children and youth in a school or community.
